WHO WE ARE
The U. S. Naval Sea Cadets Corps (USNSCC) is a federally chartered non-profit civilian youth organization for young people, ages 11 through 17. USNSCC is comprised of two programs, the Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) for ages of 13 to 17 and includes the junior program the Navy League Cadet Corps (NLCC) for ages of 11 through 13.
We are known as the Gloucester Sea Cadets: David G. Ouellet Division of the USNSCC, named after U. S. Navy Seaman David G. Ouellet (1944-1967). We are located at Gloucester, MA.
